Registered Massage Therapist for Rebalance Rehab

Rebalance Rehab is a progressive, patient-focused rehabilitation clinic dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. We take a holistic approach, considering the whole person—body, mind, and lifestyle—to create meaningful, lasting outcomes. We do not believe in a cookie-cutter approach; every treatment plan is uniquely tailored to the individual. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates closely to deliver comprehensive care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

– Perform comprehensive assessments to understand each patient’s concerns, lifestyle, and goals within a holistic framework.
– Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments, including therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial release, and other techniques as suited to the
– Collaborate with physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and other team members to create integrated care plans that support the whole person.
– Offer personalized education on self-care practices, ergonomic and postural habits, and stress-related factors that influence muscle and joint health, empowering clients to maintain their well-being beyond the clinic.
– Educate clients on self-care strategies, posture, stress management, and lifestyle adjustments to support long-term well-being.
– Maintain accurate treatment records in line with regulatory standards and best practices.
– Foster a welcoming, compassionate environment where clients feel heard, understood, and cared for.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Experience is great, but not mandatory. We accept new grads!
Current registration with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CCHPBC)

Partnering with healthcare support teams and representatives, we take a goal-focused approach which is culturally sensitive and respectful to those we have the opportunity to work with.
We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist interested in flexible, part-time/full-time work.
The caseload is varied, with general orthopedic injuries as well as complex MVA/WSBC cases.
Excellent administrative support allows therapists to focus on their clients’ individual needs.
