Wildewood Health is a leading multidisciplinary clinic in Nanaimo, BC, offering services in rehabilitation, sports performance, personal training and pediatric care. Our collaborative team includes:

Athletic Therapists

We help youth and adults recover, perform, and thrive, serving clients from recreational movers to elite athletes, general injuries and everything in between.

Facility highlights include:
A state-of-the-art performance gym and facility – squat racks, large turf, dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio equipment, reformer, etc. With over 3000 square feet of space.
Modern recovery and treatment space – private treatment rooms
Large staff space – full bathroom, kitchen and large collab area for practitioners to relax and unwind
Integrated sport technology: VALD, ForceDecks, HumanTrax, Speed Gates, and more
6 private treatment rooms and 2 shared treatment rooms

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a sport-focused RMT who:

Is passionate about injury prevention and athletic performance
Thrives in a team-based, multidisciplinary clinic
Is licensed (or in the process of becoming licensed) in British Columbia
Is interested in working with ICBC clients
It passionate about being in the community and working events with teams, etc.
Is motivated to grow their caseload in a high-demand environment
New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Qualifications:

What we offer:
Fair contractor splits – earn $98–$112+ per hour
Flexible schedule – employee or contractor options available
Relocation bonus for therapists moving from outside Vancouver Island
Strong referral base – especially with youth athletes, teams, and ICBC clients
