Registered Massage Therapist for Prime’ Performance & Therapy

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, team oriented Registered Massage Therapist to join and be an integral member of our professional and passionate team.

Prime’ Performance & Therapy is a therapist centered, tight knit family, consisting of three Physiotherapists, two Chiropractors, one Naturopathic Doctor, one Registered Dietitian, three RMT’s, five Kinesiologists, two Strength and Conditioning Specialists, and four lovely front end staff.

Prime’ is a busy clinic, and has earned the reputation of being amongst the top clinics in the central island.

Prime’ deliberately maintains a small-to-medium tight knit team; with all practitioners working under one roof, our layout encourages engagement, collaboration and communication.

Prime’ uniquely operates as an interdisciplinary clinic where communication between professionals is organic, allowing our practitioners the ability to deliver the highest standard of care. Prime’s true interprofessional collaboration breaks the stigma surrounding the stealing of patients and focuses on optimizing the shared patient experience on behalf of all health care professionals involved.

As one of our RMTs we will offer you a highly lucrative 75% practitioner split for the first 3 months, jumping up to 80% split on month 4, no long term contracts, and flexibility with your schedule. Our current RMT’s are billing out over $9-12k/month, working 4-5 days per week! Payments are bi-weekly, including payments that have not yet been received from 3rd parties (Sunlife, Greenshield, Canada Life, etc). Our management team is here to maximize your professional satisfaction and earnings.
