Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to provide exceptional massage therapy services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a variety of massage techniques, dedicated to client care, and passionate about contributing to the overall health and wellness of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs and tailor massage treatments accordingly.
Perform high-quality massage therapy sessions using various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage.
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for ongoing care.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive client care.
Uphold a clean, safe, and professional environment in the treatment rooms.
Stay current with industry trends and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications:

Registered and in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association.
Valid license to practice massage therapy.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist preferred.
Proficient in various massage techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, professional, and client-focused.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
