Teamworks Health Clinic is looking for a skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic in Vancouver, BC. We are looking to fill a part-time position with a wide range of available hours at a competitive percentage-based compensation. How much you work depends on your schedule flexibility and desire to work. We can offer up to full-time availability for the right candidate. Teamworks is located in the Fairview Neighbourhood of Vancouver, BC with easy access and attractive neighbourhood amenities such as multiple restaurants, a gym, pharmacy, salons and spas in the area. We share the front office space with a busy medical clinic allowing us to work closely with their primary care physicians. With on-site parking, bike racks, and access to public transit (two blocks from the Broadway/City Hall station and along the 99 and 09 bus routes) we are easy to get to.
Work Space:
As part of our team, you will have access to private treatment rooms with all the supplies and services handled by administration and management. These include
restocking and ordering supplies like massage oil and sanitising spray as well as handling the billing, booking, collections, POS fees, laundry services and external
marketing. All you need to do is focus on providing the top-tier patient-centred care you are known for.

Who You Will Work With:
Our patients come to us from across the Metro Vancouver area. You will see patients with a range of concerns from relaxation to rehabilitation and injury
prevention. Our wide variety of clients keeps your assessment skills sharp as each patient and treatment plan looks different.
Teamworks provides chiropractic, physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, dietetics, breathwork and yoga to our patients. The whole team is
dedicated to providing our patients with a holistic wellness experience to optimise their health potential. We pride ourselves on our evidence-based

What You Will Do:
Responsibilities:
● Provide massage therapy treatments while maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment for our clients.
● Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
● Stay updated on the latest research, trends, and best practices in massage therapy to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
● Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our clinic to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.
Duties:
● Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ health history and current conditions to determine the most effective massage therapy treatments.
● Maintain accurate and detailed records of clients’ progress, treatment plans, and appointments.
● Develop personalised treatment plans based on clients’ individual needs and goals.
● Educate clients on self-care techniques and exercises to enhance the benefits of massage therapy and promote long-term wellness.

Qualifications:
● Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification from a recognized institution.
● Registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC) is required
When You Will Work:
Shifts are available throughout the week in the morning, afternoon and evening. Including weekends. The role opening is available for Part-Time and Full-Time
work. There are shift opportunities anywhere from 4 to 30+ hours a week.
